You should verify with your insurance your lab coverage for your specific plan. Please be aware your lab order will have your diagnosis and coding needed for your test. You will have a copy of this to take with you to your test. There are several Quests and Labcorps in each state. Our patients find it helpful to know that their information is on their lab order sheet. If your insurance will not cover either you can take the lab order to your primary care office. We encourage you to call before you go to your PCP office to ensure they will accept our lab order slip as your PCP may need to order your labs. We can help coordinate care if you have signed a release of information for your PCP.
